Transfers from Airport to Disney Magic

My hubby and I just purchased the transfers (we decided to stay at the hyatt and the airport and not get a rental car) after seeing on this board how great the transfers were. My question is we are coming in the night before and we prefer to carry our own luggage on the bus (which disney said we could do) My question is when is the best time to get to the bus stop for the least amount of wait and the least amount of people ?
