Mexican Riviera weather in late October?

Booking on Carnival Pride for Mexican Riviera during the last week of October. How's the weather at sea? in ports?

We were there in October '02 and the weather was great. It was extremely HOT in Puerto Vallarta. We went right after the hurricane hit.

Hola! October is less hot than it is right now during these summer months. The rains will diminish as well as humidity...still hot but actually, a great relief after Aug/September! Have a great time while you are here!

Thanks PVPam....That's fine....I'm used to heat and humidity...sounds like a great month to go! What about the water temperatures for swimming and snorkeling?
