Best time for Anytime dining to not have wait?

We will be having Anytime Dining for the first time in Feb. and wondering if there is a time when there is less wait? Peak times where there is always a wait?? We are flexible, as we have done both early and late seatings in the past. What time are the shows?

We often ate as soon as the dining room opened and never had to wait. Sometimes we asked for a table just for the two of us, and other times we said we would like to join others at a large table. We were told that we could also get in quickly around 8 p.m.

All but one nite we went after 8:00 and were seated immediately. The one nite we had to wait was a formal nite and we went to dinner at 7:30. The wait was about 30 min.
