Available cabins 3/31

Can anyone explain to me why when I check for available cabins for the Noordam for 3/31 some days it says there is "SA" only available and today there are all the "S" style and 1 interior cabin available?:confused: It seems every day the cabin number changes, are there that many people changing their minds after final payment?:confused:
