Volendam and Norwalk Virus - any news

We are due to embarque on the Volendam in San Diego on Feb 16th.

 

We saw a report that the Volendam had returned to Florida on Feb 1st, after having set sail to San Diego, with 112 sick people (passengers + Crew).

 

I called HAL and they confirmed that the Volendam had returned to port. The said the ship had been cleaned. They also said they expect the Volendam to make the Feb 16th date in San Diego.

 

I have faith in HAL to handle the situation correctly, but I was wondering if anyone had any more news about this, or if they have contact with someone currently on board and what the situation is.
