what's it like

I am going on the mercury in Apr and we are doing the west coast wine cruise from san francisco to vancouver. can anyone tell me what the weather is like in Apr.and how are the seas at that time.

The "Wet" coast is unpredictable for most of the year and in April very much so. Last year flat as you would ever want it but the Water on the coast can be miserable. Keep in mind you will be in the open Pacific.

 

Anytime of year of you need the usual "Layered" approach when you are north of Cabo. Ending with something lite that's water proof.

But of course you are on the "Wine" cruise and everything should be very fine .....
