Second night in the Specialty Restaurant?

We're making reservations for one evening in the S.S. United States Restaurant. If we like it very much, what are the chances of getting a reservation for a second evening later in the cruise? I don't want to make both reservations up front and then "chair-hog" a second one that we may not want.

Why don't you make both reservations and cancel the second if you decide against going a second time. There would always be someone on the wait list to take your place. We have been on two 12 days cruises and have always gone a second time. I'd be surprised if you decide against a second trip. Enjoy!
