Car rental Rhodes and Cyprus

Does anyone know if there are car rental agencies located at the cruise ship terminals in Limassol, Cyprus and in Rhodes?

The last time we were there, there was no cruise terminal in either port. You just dock alongside a pier. Limassol--it's a short walk into town. Rhodes--you can see the fortress gates when you dock. THere's no terminal building. Maybe the rental place can meet you.
