Cabin temperature

I'll be on the Jewel a week from Sunday (the 25th) Yea!! I'm starting to pack and I was wondering if the cabins are cool at night. I hate being too hot or too cold when I'm sleeping.

Each room has it's own control, A/C or Heat, you control how cold or warm you want the room.:)

In fact there were two thermostates in the cabins.

I guess I need to ask my BFF, whom I'm cruising with, what temperature she like the room at. I probably should just pack both types of p.js.

Be aware that the thermostats are not set by numerical temperature, but by a sliding electronic color scale (green for cooler, red for warmer), so you may have to "play" with the settings awhile to find the perfect comfort zone. Have a great cruise. The Jewel is truly a jewel!:)

I was pleasantly surprised with the thermostat and the comfort of the room temperature. It is radiant heat and cooling (much like a surgical suite in a hospital). No blowing, hissing, clanging wind machines. We had very different outside temperatures between LA and the Baha. When we needed heat, it warmed up right away with a few pushes of the 'up' button. At night, when we like it cooler, a few pushes of the 'down' button, and we slept like logs.
