Do guests in an SS suite qualify to have breakfast in the Pinnacle?? Just read on another post that's it's a suite perk??

No, that's only for SA/SB/SC Deluxe suites. Same is true for Neptune Lounge access, priority boarding, priority dining choice, or anything else that is a "suite perk". I wish that HAL didn't use the word suite for the SS/SY/SZ cabins because that confuses a lot of people. :(
