what is the NCL policy for cancelling excursions?

can't find the answer online and i never remember to call during 9-5

 

DH and i booked an excursion (NLC sponsered) in Samana but are unsure if we want to do it... does anyone know the cancellation policy?

24 hours in advance(normally by 8 am of the day before the tour).

Look at the time your ship arrives in port on the day of your excursion. Cancellation is 24 hours before that time.

A few excursions have different cancelation policies -- maybe helicopters and scuba trips, etc.. Check ye fine print

Anyhow, to the OP, yea if you want to cancel it ahead of time (before the cruise starts) you need to call that toll-free number during East Coast business hours and yes, wait on hold for at least 30 minutes. There's no other way I've found to do it.
