CruisinMK Posted February 24, 2007 #3 Share Posted February 24, 2007 Look at the time your ship arrives in port on the day of your excursion. Cancellation is 24 hours before that time. Anyhow, to the OP, yea if you want to cancel it ahead of time (before the cruise starts) you need to call that toll-free number during East Coast business hours and yes, wait on hold for at least 30 minutes.
