Infinity Alaska 08/05 Front Cabin

Already have our cruise booked, but thinking of upgrading from inside cabin to Room 7000 and 7001 which are in "front" of ship. Anyone had experience with these types of cabins??

Web would like to know also we are in 6000 on the 26th of May. It looks like the room is a little larger than the others.

I have been on over 35 cruises and have had cabins far forward. Personally I don't like them. Cabin 7000 (and all those up front) will be very rough. There will be lots of motion in them. As for 7000, you will not be able to look down and see the water as you would from a port or starboard cabin.

 

I suppose it may be better than an inside, but I would try to upgrade to a different window cabin where you can see the water easier.

 

One more thing, plan to hear the anchor when it goes up and down. just hope it's not at 4:30AM.
