Depends on which cell phone service-$$$ charges for roaming

 

Wireless laptop- Generally, go to the internet cafe and pay and get the user name and password to sign into the ships internet service (bring your on wireless card, but can rent from them-limited supply). Usually you can tap into it in the internet cafe, atrium and pool area, not in your staterooms. Per minute or packaged minutes pricing.
