stupid newbie question

I know that the main dining room and Windjammer meals (not counting sodas :o ) are included in the price of the cruise. But what about meals at SOrrentos and ice cream at Ben and Jerrys? How about Johnny Rockets? Thanks for all the help!

Johnny Rockets food is free, but there is an entrance fee and drinks are not free.

Ben and Jerrys is also an extra fee.

Pizza and stuff at Sorrento's is free, Ben and Jerry's there is a charge and JR is 3.95$ But free ice cream is available on the pool deck machines and it is soft serve.

Extra cost for speciality resturants/dining ($20 per person, Chops, Portofinos), Ben and Jerry's ice cream and also for Johnny Rockets ($3.95 per person).
