Carnival Stop - Belize

Hello,

My wife and I will be stopping in the port of Belize on the Carnival Miracle on March 27/07.

 

Looking any suggestions.

 

Ideally I would like to take her to a nice beach to relax under a beach umbrella , have a couple of Island drinks and lunch, then head back to a shopping area by the ship and then head back to the ship.
