Exotic Cruises

As far as I can tell, it's just advertising. If it means anything at all, it's just that the cruise doesn't hit all the usual islands, like St Thomas, Grand Cayman, Cozumel, etc. There will probably be a few stops at smaller ports like Grenada, Dominica, and so on. Don't pay too much attention to the label; look at the itinerary and compare.

From what I have seen, it means they are stopping at ports that are not the normal places. These are ports that are maybe a little different. How many times can people go to Cozumel, Nassau, etc.

 

Just a way of saying "non-standard" ports of call.
