Forward cabin, main deck, any issues?

Hi,

We have an inside room on the Victory coming up and we were assigned a cabin ALL THE WAY forward on the Main deck. I noticed the "backstage" of the showroom appears to be above us and a big blank space below us-is this the engine or anchor room? Does anyone know if this is going to be really noisy or how bad the motion will be? We've been higher and lower on decks before, but usually midship, so I am a little nervous about this cabin. Is it worth it to ask if we can change it? I know a lot of others on here book balcony, but we needed beer money :D, so I hope there is someone with some advise. Thanks a lot!
