we are 2 families cruising together at christmas. 4 teens between us. PLAN A was a renaissance day pass but considering the time of year....i need a PLAN B. i was thinking about eagle beach.

1. can we rent chairis and umbrellas?

2. food/ drinks available?

3. how far from the port?

4. what time should we get there before it gets crowded?

5. snorkel equipment or other water sports?

if eagle beach doesn't sound like a fit.....what is PLAN C?

I was on Eagle Beach last week. It was about 5-10 minutes by taxi or bus from the harbour. There were plenty of umbrellas and sunbeds for hire still by the afternoon. There were several beach bars for drinks. I only saw jet-skis and the water was nt clear enough for snorkeling. I loved Eagle Beach but if i had teenagers with me I would have gone to Palm Beach as there is more going on there and you can take snorkeling trips. Palm Beach is only a few minutes further on and there are loads of taxis around. Hope this helps.
