4100 on the MS Noordam

Has anyone stayed in this room? How obstructed is it?

My parents stayed in 4075 just few weeks ago. There is a full view of lifeboat and the sky. If it's fully obstracted that means no even bit of water would be seen. However, room size was just a little bit smaller than our balcony 4013 just few steps away from them. My parents got a really good deal for 4075 and didn't regret at all. The cabin had tons of sunshine due to balcony door, just no balcony itself. Service was outstanding as in all other cabins.
