Royal Christening in Copenhagen

On the 1th of july the first royal christening of a danish princess in over 60 years (the last was born in 1946) take place at the Chapel at Fredensborg Castle north of Copenhagen.

 

The baby princess was born on 21th april and she is the third in line to the throne after her father Crown prince Frederik and her 2 years older brother Prince Christian.

Crownprincess Mary is the proud mother.

 

The cruiseships in port that day are Costa Magica, MCS Lirica and the Norwegian Dream and also people on a post cruise after the cruise with Star princess (that was in port the day before) has the possibility to enjoy the festivities.
