Prince Rupert, Pegasus Scooter Rentals

Has anyone ever used this place in Prince Rupert to rent scooters from? We're going to Alaska, and we've decided that renting scooters and checking out the scenery on our own sounds like fun. I've tried calling this place and emailing them, but with no response as of yet (two weeks later, 2 emails, and 2 calls), so I was wondering if they were reputable or not. Maybe because tourist season just started for that region, they aren't open yet. Any insight?
