Photos - Release Form

A while back someone posted a site where there was a release form you could print out, so you could make copies of the photos you bought on the ship. :)

Does anyone still have that site?

I dont believe it works for Carnival, but if it doesnt have the name of the ship in the pic (i.e. the life perserver) than it shouldnt be a problem.

That release form is only good for 1 photo. Anyone have any suggetions or a different release form?

I believe it is for 1 copy of each photo. I f you go to CVS or other you just show the clerk the letter, they dont keep it.

This copyright release is valid for thirty (30) days starting: 08/12/2004, and is good for only one photo.

I made of copy of one of the formal pictures taken on the Conquest at Walgreens and the clerk didn't even ask about it.
