Pegasus Scooter Rentals, Prince Rupert?

I have tried calling them several times to ask about making reservations ahead of time, but have never heard back. I know that PR is very tiny, and not quite ready for the big time tourist industry so I was wondering if they were even open yet. If not, does anyone know of a place we can rent motor scooters?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
