Alaska Transportation

I logged on to post my experience with Alaska Transportation Group, only to find a similar post by a fellow CC'er! I forgot to look at the dates of her post to see if they were the same as mine, but we were on different ships, so I doubt it! ;)

 

 

In any case, I told many of you before I left for Alaska that I would tell you my recommendations Alaska Transportation Group upon my return. I do NOT recommend them to anyone! :mad:

 

 

Our shuttle pick-up was an hour and a half late, the bus we were on broke down at an unscheduled stop due in part to the driver, and we did not go on the "tour" portion of the trip. I have written up a letter of complaint, which I will be sending to the owner later today. I'll let you know what comes of it. If the resolution is not to my satisfaction, I will be posting the letter, and his response to it, for all to read. Stay tuned! :rolleyes:
