Versailles Pool Bar

Can any past Liberty cruisers tell me whether the Versailles pool bar is open during sailaway? We have several CC members who are meeting and greeting during sailaway and had planned to find one another by the Versailles pool. However, some of us would rather have a good ol' margarita or just a beer instead of the froo froo drink of the day type stuff :p in the Carnival collector's cups.
