Secaucus to Manhattan cruise terminal....

We're staying overnight in Secaucus and then driving to the Manhattan cruise terminal the next morning.....what time of day do we need to leave the hotel to avoid traffic into the city? What's our best bet?

between 1-3 am there will be no traffic but rush hour ends at 10 am so anytime after that and before 4 should be reasonably ok...

Leave the hotel at 10am it is.
