where to in belize

Booked on a Royal caribbean which stops one day in belize. Should any recommendations on which scuba excursion... advanced certified

On a cruise last Nov, we dived with Agua dives (adequate) you have to pay for flight from Belize City on

Maya air, then coordinate directly with Aqua dives. However, For outstanding diving with a super dive master (just spent a week with him) consider, Unda the Sea at the resort El Pescador...They will pick u up in San Pedro and take you to their dive op collocated with the resort. Did eight dives with two divers, never a large group..Alonzo, is a local Belizian who has been diving for over a dozen years in Ambergris Caye. Strongly recommend..just google El Pescador and click on diving link...you will have to coord air (recommend Tropic Air) from Belize City to San Pedro. Although, timing is a consideration, you should be able to coordinate a two tank dive, with air, and get back to Belize City to catch your tender
