Is it true that you will not be issued your tickets until Cunard receives your completed Guest Registration Form? Also I believe I emailed mine to them but I have no record of their receiving it.

No. However in this day and age it is probably best to.

 

Fill out the Voyage Personaliser (Cunard site - link on home page) and that will be sufficient.

Yes, at least that is what Cunard says, particularly since it shows your passport information. However, you can complete it on-line as part of the Voyage Personaliser. You don't need to send it to them in hardcopy.
