Countodown clock?

This is kinda off topic, but my kids are on me about when we are leaving for our cruise next month.. I see that on some of the posts here that people have countdown clocks in thier threads...

 

Does anyone know of or how I could get one of these for my desktop? Is there a link anyone could offer or what they are called.. That way the kids can look at the countdown clock and see exactly how much time is left?
