Fred49 Posted July 12, 2007 #1 Share Posted July 12, 2007 Booked for the Ft. Lauderdale to Argentina 17 day trip. Am excited about this and actually amazed at the price. I have never sailed on Carnival before- RCCL, Celebrity and Costa were previous cruises. I understand that we have to get visas. If any of you reading this have gone through the procedure, I'd appreciate info. It took me 5 months to get my passport renewed. Thought it would never come. Looks like the Splendor will be a really nice ship. Thanks, Fred
ccl-man Posted July 12, 2007 #2 Share Posted July 12, 2007 U.S Citizens and Canadian Citizens Guests must carry a valid passports. For Brazil , a Visa is required and may be obtained from a Brazilian Consulate in the country of origin of the passenger. Visas are not required for Argentina , Chile and Ecuador . longtrip Posted July 12, 2007 #3 Share Posted July 12, 2007 About 4 hours ago I reserved all 3 legs. It will be a 47 day cruise. I may fly down and do the last two parts if I start thinking it will be too long. The price is good. So far I am going solo. But the wife might decide to pick-up one or two segments. Don't know yet. dzcruisers Posted July 12, 2007 #6 Share Posted July 12, 2007 COME ON OVER AND CHAT ON ROLLCALL. We are going with you. I started one for those of us cruising 17 days so we can talk about our part. Would be nice to do all 3 segments and I bet they will have plenty to talk about. Thought it might be a place where info pertaining to us could get lost.
