NU2CRUZB4 Posted July 14, 2007 #1 Share Posted July 14, 2007 Hi I'm going to visit Icy Strait Point, Skagway Juneau next month. I was wondering what your opinon was on the best shore excursions at these ports? Which ports are best for going around on your own and what activities? Is flightseeing over Glacier Bay in Icy Strait Point very different from flightseeing over Juneau? Thanks.

I can only comment as to Hoonah/ISP..if you wish to fish, whale watch, kayaking or take a wilderness tour, there are a few local independents that offer these tours. It is best to pre-book early instead of waiting until you arrive in port. NU2CRUZB4 Posted July 15, 2007 Author #3 Share Posted July 15, 2007 Thanks. How about flightseeing in ISP? Does anyone know if that is very similar to flightseeing/helicoptor tours in Juneau?
