Surf Fishing-what beach?

My husband and I love to wade fish and have seen many pics of Grand Turk with men wading and fishing off the beaches. We are cruising to Grand Turk in Sept and want to bring our own rods and reels, but do not know which beach to go to. Have any of you seen people fishing at the beaches you have visited in Grand Turk? IF so, which beach? WE also like to snorkel so a beach we could do both would be great.
