Cabin choice: SV 8090/8093 or SS8056

I'm planning on cruising on Quest in October and have a choice of SV 8090 or in an SS .

I've never had an aft cabin before but the "cut-out" design of deck 8 might be limit the viewing experience. Has anyone had experience in this location?

Is the viewing pleasure aft or the superior size of an SS preferable?
