Would it be worth it to bring our laptop with WIFI l? (My hubby has to access business email). Thanks!

I don't think that the internet is free for wi-fi for your laptop--just the internet cafe--don't know this for sure

No, the internet minutes are not free with your personal lap top, only in the internet cafe.

We were in 7119 a few weeks ago. WiFi is not included, but all time in the internet cafe is.

If you are asking if mini suites get free unlimited internet access? No, this is a perk of a full suite only. Minis are beautiful on the TP but come with very very few perks associated with them.
