mom x4,grandma x4 Posted August 6, 2007 #4 Share Posted August 6, 2007 It's me again, we have had many aft verandah cabins, just not on deck 6 . we love it. thati s our favorite area of the ship to be. We have never had a bad cabin. plenty of storage and no noise from other decks. The handicap rooms are at the very back of the ship and they have a huge balcony on them to make room for wheel chairs. I have friends who have booked them. We had the last room before the handicap rooms once so we had a balcony that was huge compared to the rest of them. Would love to have that room again. mom x4,grandma x4
mom x4,grandma x4 Posted August 6, 2007 #5 Share Posted August 6, 2007 here are a couple of photos of a cat 6 room but i was at the far aft by handicap room so we had a solid wall on our balcony and the balcony is larger as I stated above. But it may help to give you an idea about the room.

mom x4,grandma x4 Posted August 6, 2007 #7 Share Posted August 6, 2007 I do remember that one because it was so great a room!!! 6152 Another great thing about that room is the aft stairs were just 10 feet away so you could walk up one deck to the secret deck 7 verandah. I love it out there because many people don't even know that deck exists. mom x4,grandma x4
NCmom Posted August 8, 2007 #8 Share Posted August 8, 2007 We've been in 6628, which is on the other side of the ship, and really liked the location. You should have a plexiglass veranda. The solid metal verandas that are Cat. 6s are located aft of the Cat 7s on each deck.
