Problems With Hertz Car Rental In Vancouver

We just got off the beautiful Summit to Alaska & rented a car from Hertz in Vancouver to drive to Seattle. Hertz is the ONLY car rental company that does not pick you up a Ballantine Pier & we had to wait almost 3 hours for a taxi to get to Hertz to pick up a rental car. Budget & National both had reps at Ballantine to pick up passengers. If you have rented from Hertz, you may want to change companies. We even called Hertz when we realized that we would have to wait so long for a taxi & they said they don't shuttle passengers to their downtown location.
