Fishing in Cozumel

Doing a cruise on the Legend and after much research decided that we would like to fish in Cozumel. So now what I would like to know is if anyone has ever fished in this port? Any recommendations on what company to use for our fishing excursion? Also if Cozumel is not the ideal place to fish what about the Grand Caymans? Any suggestions would be appreciated, thank you.
