Reuben on POH/Jade and dining question?

Hello fellow NCL cruisers,

 

It's my first cruise with the NCL and i've got some dining questions.

 

1. Does POH/Jade or any freestyle NCL ship serve grilled reuben sandwich?

 

2. Which day on the cruise is lobster night? Are they any other special cuisine nights that i need to know? Do they served lobster in the buffet area as well or is it just limited to normal dining venues?
