Contacting Carnival Corporate Offices

While we were on our past Carnival cruise, my wife slipped on a wet floor during the lifeboat drill, that had NO sign there. She got fairly brusied up and had to be taken to the infirmary, where we filled out all sorts of forms with security. I want to write to Carnival about this, and was hoping to be able to contact them directly withour having to go through customer service. Is there an address, a phone number, an email address of the corporate offices in Miami that I can deal with directly.
