Just curious if anyone has used the new Princess Luggage Valet service yet, and if so how you liked or disliked it. We're flying thru London on British Airways for our Med cruise and would rather arrive in Venice with our luggage. I've heard that BA has lost over 500,000 bags since the first of the year.
