Promowave question

Today's promowave shows there should be a resident discount on the 12/6/07 Enchantment sailing. However, if I go to rccl.com and enter that I am a resident of CA, it does not list a resident special. Have they changed the way promowave works? I know you have to call to get the price changed if it applies but I like to see the price on the website before I call and realize it's not lower than what I've already paid for my exact class of stateroom (since promowave only lists the lowest price in any given category).

 

When I would price check my previous cruises all of the sales and specials were reflected on the website while they were valid. So do you have to call to find out information regarding promowave? Have they stopped updating the website with the information?
