What is the BEST thing to do in Casa de Campo?

Just wondering what the best thing to do in Casa de Campo. If there are any excursions through private companies, that is great as we are not really into doing the ship's excursions. Also, if just doing your own thing is the best, would love to hear about that too. Thanks!
