Where To Go For Snorkeling, Beach, Lobster And A Monkey Lala?

First time to Roatan and trying to decide whether to go on a NCL Tabyana beach break or go on our own with a driver. We definitely want a great beach with snorkeling and a lobster lunch with a monkey lala. What would be a good recomendation from someone who has been to Roatan?
