AtlantaCouple Posted December 11, 2007 #1 Share Posted December 11, 2007 Hello, When we were at the Vatican in August, we bought a Silver "Peace Medal" in a nice store just outside St. Marks square. It's circular, about the size of a nickel, with small colorful designs around it. We paid around $35 US. Does anybody know where we can find out more information about them? We're giving one to our niece and nephew for Christmas and would like to able to tell them more about it. Thank you. Any help is GREATLY appreciated!! Schplinky Posted December 12, 2007 #2 Share Posted December 12, 2007 I didn't see the medals but do you really mean St. Mark's Square or do you mean St. Peters?

I'm guessing Venice! :) I just didn't want to confuse people in case there was actually a St. Mark's in Rome.
