Foghorn Inn - Marina Del Rey

Any info about this property would be greatly appreciated.

We have stayed Foghorn several times for pre and post cruise stays. Have to admit tho, we have stayed for couple of years. We cruise out of LA in February for Mexican Riviera and am considering this motel again but prices have increased considerably. They do have free shuttle from and to LAX and notice now they have internet access according to website.

 

Hotel is nothing fancy and kind of middle of road, breakfast is basic but view overlooking marina is great and can watch people playing volleyball on beach and can easily walk to Venice Beach and along to Santa Monica if you want.

 

Have looked at hotels south of LAX in Manhatten Beach and Hermosa Beach but some of the reviews on Tripadvisor and Travelocity are scary so will probably go back to Foghorn.

So basically it has all the similar location amenities...

It's okay and decent as Cruisin' Grandparents have said...

The free shuttle is a bonus, but I personally prefer Jamaica Bay a bit better on location and rooms...
