QM2's maiden Voyage was a cake walk compared to Victoria's. As I recall, there were mainly problems of cool food and poor service in Britannia Restaurant. Victoria has added to these irritations some serious flaws. From what we've been reading on these Boards, we add lack of cabin space for belongings (fine for a T shirt and flip flop cruise line where a large wardrobe is not needed), cold showers or no water at all, cold food, no heat in the Grill lounge, many non usable toilets (no wonder the Norovirus has found a home), and the list goes on. We are due to sail next week and we are worried.
