Miami Airport to Carnival Cruise Port!

Hello! Wonderful site here. I wonder if anyone could help me. I am planning a cruise for August and am flying into Miami Airport and need transportation to the Cruise Ship Port.Does anyone know how much a taxi cab would be for two people??? Or are their shuttles located at the airport without having to pre book them. Also are there any ggod hotels ( 3 star or more) near by the Cruise ship terminal incase we decide to go a day or two ahead, what about South Beach and what does it have to offer. Sorry for all the questions but if someone could answer one or all of them it would be greatly appreciated Thansk so much in advance Mike and Daughter
