Island tour with Leo - suggestions?

We have booked Leo for an island tour in a few weeks and are looking for recommendations to customize our tour. We are a group of 12, 50ish. If you have done a tour with Leo (or a similar tour), can you let us know what your highlights of the island were? Also if there's something you felt was not worth the time, please let us know that also. Thanks in advance!

We were a group of 8 that did a tour with Leo back in Nov. We pretty much left it up to him since we knew nothing of the island, but we told him we would rather do more "touring" than beach things. He gave me an "itinerary" before we left telling us where he would take us. As it turned out, once we were on the tour, we opted out of going to the caves. He took us to many sights on the island including the liquer factory, a great little restaurant, a beach (just for sightseeing) and back to town for some shopping. He is most accomodating so just let him know what type of tour you want, and if it turns out there is something else you want to do or something you want to skip, he will do it. If we get back to Curacao, I would certainly contact him again.
