Looking for waterfalls

Hi everyone, making last minute decisions about which itinerary to book, looking for excursions with waterfalls, not dunns river size more in the jungle or rainforest type. Maybe ones you could possibly get wet in, one with horseback riding or atv type tours would be great. Thanks ahead of time for any suggestions. Will also post in jamaica, belize, cozumel, and grand cayman those are possible itinerary stops also. Going in Dec 08
