Atlantis submarine & Underwater motor scooter

Can anyone tell me if the Atlantis Submarine and the Underwater scooter Adventure are in close proximity to each other. There are 6 of us, 3 want to do the submarine, and 3 want the Scooter adventure. We would like to do this independantly, and it would be great if we could coordinate it, that we went at the same time. This way we wouldn't be waiting around for each other. Also, if they are not close together, and we have to wait on each other, can you tell me what would be close to each attraction.

BOSS picked us up at the water end of the pier. I believe the Atlantis boat picked us up at the land end of the pier. Now, at the land end of the pier there is a new marina which has shops, restaurants, and a Bad Ass Coffee shop.
